If you have problems with the microphone on your EyeRide, there are a number of possible causes.
We're going to go through a few simple checks to help you solve the problem quickly.
1. Check the position of the microphone
Check that the little white arrow on the microphone is pointing towards you. The microphone must be correctly oriented to work. It is specially designed not to be affected by wind while driving.
If the problem persists, proceed to step 2.
2. Check the audio kit connection
Most of the time, microphone issues occur because the kit is not inserted properly.
To find out, unplug and replug your audio kit.
