Don’t worry, here are a few steps to quickly resolve the issue.
1 - Verify the confirmation email
When you create your account, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.
You must click on the “Confirm my email” button included in that message.
How to do it?
- Open your inbox and search for the Captain Rider email (don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder).
- Click “Confirm my email”.
- Relaunch the app.
- Enter your phone number (with the country code, e.g., +1 for the USA)
- You’re now ready to use the app!
2 - Reset your password
If you’re still unable to log in, you may need to reset your password
How to do it?
Click “Forgot password” on the login screen. You’ll receive an email to create a new password.
Once your password is reset, try logging in again, and everything should work smoothly! 😊
For privacy reasons, we don’t have access to users’ passwords.
So, we won’t be able to retrieve it if you ask.
Not receiving the confirmation or password reset email?
Some people may not receive emails from us due to the domain of their email provider.
To avoid this issue, we recommend creating a Captain Rider account using a Gmail address.
Password reset links and account confirmation emails are unique URLs tied to each email address, which means we cannot send them to you manually.
