I just bought my EyeRide and it won’t turn on!

You’ve just received your EyeRide, you’re ready to give it a try… but it won’t turn on.

Don't worry!

When your EyeRide is shipped, it doesn't come fully charged.

The first thing you need to do is charge it properly

Here are the simple steps to solve this issue:


Step 1 - Charge your EyeRide

  1. Connect the device to a wall outlet using a standard USB-C cable, making sure the outlet provides a 5V/2A output (around 10W).
  2. While charging, your EyeRide will show a rotating light around the LED on the external module. This means the device is charging.
  3. Let your EyeRide charge for about 3 to 4 hours to achieve a full charge.


Step 2 - Use it right after charging

Charging your EyeRide for 4 hours and using it immediately after helps maximize the device’s battery life.

The EyeRide remains in a "semi-standby" mode, which can cause a slow discharge even when not in use.

That’s why a full initial charge is essential to ensure optimal performance.
