You’ve just received your EyeRide, you’re ready to give it a try… but it won’t turn on.
Don't worry!
The first thing you need to do is charge it properly.
Here are the simple steps to solve this issue:
Step 1 - Charge your EyeRide
- Connect the device to a wall outlet using a standard USB-C cable, making sure the outlet provides a 5V/2A output (around 10W).
- While charging, your EyeRide will show a rotating light around the LED on the external module. This means the device is charging.
- Let your EyeRide charge for about 3 to 4 hours to achieve a full charge.
If after a few minutes you don’t see any light on your external module, try:
- Using a different USB-C cable
- Plugging your EyeRide into another adapter or outlet.
If the LED still doesn’t light up after these steps, please contact us for assistance.
Step 2 - Use it right after charging
Charging your EyeRide for 4 hours and using it immediately after helps maximize the device’s battery life.
That’s why a full initial charge is essential to ensure optimal performance.
