Several reasons can affect the sound of your earphones.
To understand the source, we will perform a few very simple tests to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
1. Check the audio kit connection
Most of the time, sound issues arise because the kit is not properly inserted.
To discover this, unplug and replug your audio kit.
If the problem persists, move on to step 2.
2. Test with another audio kit
Obtain another wired audio kit (make sure it is functional before conducting the test) and plug it into your EyeRide.
If you do not encounter any audio issues with your new earphones, please contact us and summarize the situation:
If the problem persists, proceed to step 3.
3. Check the state of the jack connector
Gently move the cable at the jack connector and see if there is any “play”: does the cable seem to move unusually, or is there a “gap” or looseness at the connection?
If so, contact us and explain the tests you have conducted along with your observations.
If everything seems secure, proceed to step 4.
4. Final check
If you have followed all the steps and the problem persists, please contact us with a detailed description of the tests you have performed and your observations so we can analyze your device more thoroughly.
Feel free to include as many details as possible in your email by answering the questions below:
- What specific problem are you encountering?
- Is the audio issue constant or intermittent (for example, during calls or while listening to music)?
- What model of phone are you using?
- Have you unplugged and replugged the audio kit?
- Have you tested with another pair of earphones?
- Have you noticed any play at the jack connector?
The more information we have, the quicker we can identify the origin of the issue and offer you an effective solution.
So don’t hesitate to go into detail so you can enjoy your EyeRide as soon as possible! 😊
