How to Understand the LED Ring on My EyeRide?

The LED ring on your EyeRide is an important visual indicator that keeps you informed about your device's status at all times. 

Here’s what each type of lighting means for you:

The different states of the LED ring

• LED Ring is blinking: Your EyeRide is charging.

• LED Ring is spinning: Your EyeRide is trying to connect to your phone. This is the normal process when you turn on the device and activate Bluetooth. ➡️ Also read:​ [GUIDE] How to connect my EyeRide?

• LED Ring is solid: Your EyeRide is paired with your phone and ready to use. Once the device has finished pairing, the LED ring turns solid to indicate that the connection is established.

• LED Ring is blinking during use: Your EyeRide has low battery and about 15 minutes of power left. You’ll need to recharge the device soon to avoid it shutting down.

Want to change the color of your LED?

For a personal touch or more discretion, you can customize the color of the EyeRide’s LED ring or turn it off completely.

How to do it?

1. Connect your EyeRide to your phone (learn how by clicking here).
2. Open the Captain Rider app.
3. Click on the gear icon at the top left of the main menu.
4. Click on “Connect” under EyeRide.
5. Then, choose the “Color” tab.
6. Have fun!
